What's the difference between stretch wrap and shrink wrap?

Shrink wrap and stretch wrap are often thought of as the same product, but they have some key differences that set them apart. Shrink wrap is loosely wrapped around individual products/packages and conforms to when heat is applied. Stretch wrap is tightly wrapped around palleted items and should not be exposed to heat for extended periods of time.
