How to change the email address on an account

Changing an email address on an account

Changing the email on your account is simple.

I have access to the account

If you can access the account, follow the below steps to update the information:
  1. Log in to the PackagingSuppliesByMail account
  2. In the My Account section of the website, navigate to Account Dashboard
  3. Under the Account Information section, click on the edit button:
  4. Check the Change Email checkbox
  5. Enter your new email address in the Email field
  6. Click Save

I don't have access to the account

If possible, reset your password to recover access to the existing PackagingSuppliesByMail account. Once you have access, follow the steps outlined above to change the account information.
If it is not possible to access the previous email account to complete the account recovery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
