How to update the billing address on checkout
For orders that will be shipped to an address that is different than the billing address, follow the below steps
- On the Shipping section of the checkout page:
- Enter the shipping address
- Choose shipping method
- Click on the Next button
- On the Review & Payments section of the checkout page:
- Verify your address, if necessary
- Select the Credit/Debit Card payment method
- Uncheck the box next to My billing and shipping address are the same
- Enter the new information for the billing address
- Click on the Update button after the Phone Number field
- Continue with the rest of the checkout process
Failing to click the Update button will result in a failed checkout
