Why is my tracking stuck on Label Created?
If your order has just been shipped, the tracking status will show as Label Created until it is scanned by the shipper. Occasionally, labels will need to be re-created in our system and the old label will be voided. In these cases, usually the order has shipped but the system hasn't sent you the updated tracking code. If the tracking doesn't update within a few days, please contact our customer support for more information on your order.
